Always received great service with knowledgeable tour guides
I have taken many tours with ymt and have always received great service with knowledgeable tour guides.
Actually, the entire trip was really enjoyable
The bus driver was extremely friendly and personable. The bus was clean and fresh daily. Our guide was helpful, funny, and informative. The sights were interesting and educational. The hotels were excellent and enjoyable. Food was delicious and in abundance. Actually, the entire trip was really enjoyable. I loved every minute of our tour.
They worked very well as a team
Bus driver Will was excellent — his driving skills and knowledge of the routes to different locations was amazing. Both he and the guide worked very well together and identified excellent local restaurants, places to visit and history of the areas we were visiting. They worked very well as a team.

Your tour directors are highly professional and well informed
Your tour directors are highly professional and well informed. If an inquiry is not readily available, they will “google” it:). Making sure I am comfortable and if I have any concerns, if there are any, it’s resolved immediately.
