Also, you may need to walk through other ships to reach the dock, depending on how the vessels are docked. It’s crucial to be aware of your ship’s location (whether it’s in the middle or furthest from the dock) to navigate efficiently. These factors may require some physical agility, so plan accordingly and don’t hesitate to ask crew members for assistance if needed.

If your river cruise requires registration beforehand, when registering for your cruise, make sure to have both your booking number and group sailing number ready. You’ll need to provide both of these numbers during the registration process to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
